Training

Once the solution has been installed we assess your training needs based on your business objectives and requirements, the functionality of the solution and resource competency.

Training can either be provided on a 'one-to-one' basis or in groups and is usually undertaken at Safe offices, or at  your desks, and always with your staff. Our objectives are:

• a fully trained team on launch of the application
• a thorough knowledge of the system and its capabilities
• maximised use of functionality
• ensuring our customers gain the most benefit from the software

Research into our customer base indicates that on average they use only between 60% and 70% of the features available. This is often due to the changing requirements of the business and indeed staff turnover whereby original users of the software leave and take specific system knowledge with them. Refresher courses and one-on-one training can be organised at any time to ensure that process efficiency and system utilisation is maximised.
