Safe Outsourcing’s implementation and project management methodology has been refined over the last 40 years to provide minimal change management and risk to the business, complete knowledge and control throughout the implementation process and a true working partnership approach. It has evolved from a combination of Prince 2 methodology and practical experience gained from a history of successful projects. We do not enforce a particular methodology on our clients - a partnership is developed and the methodology which best suits each company needs is used.

Plan-implement-review

Safe Outsourcing project managers will co-ordinate all implementation and training programs for all elements of the project including: 

• budget control
• resource management
• quality assurance
• risk or issue monitoring and resolution
• process mapping
• timescales and deliverables

In simple terms we adopt a cyclical approach of plan-implement-review at all stages of a project and this, in conjunction with monitoring project progress against a carefully constructed schedule, ensures timely delivery of effective business solutions.

Once the solution has been installed we assess your training needs based on your business objectives and requirements, the functionality of the solution and resource competency.
